Very large barn and full of massive hand hewn white pine timbers.

It has 12"x12" posts, 12"x14" tie beams, 9"x12" full length rafter plates (72 'long), very unusual triple 7"x9" hewn girts on the longitudinal walls--doubles on the end walls, full length 8"x8" purlins, and a very unusual 5 sided 72' hand hewn ridge beam.

5 bents, 4 bays, with Queen posts and mid-posts in the end bays. Bays are roughly 23'6' center of post, 12'6" to center of next post, 12"6" center of next post (door), 23'6" to end of barn.

12 x12" main posts 16' high + plate 9"

9-10" x 12" plates 72' long bad spot 12' off center inplate and top of post

5 sided ridge beam 10" across bottom, 5 " up sides hewn to a peak, 8-9" high/ ONE piece 72' long

We have a replacement 40' swing beam in another barn that it is 17" x12" in the middle with very little taper
